This title went under a few different names, starting off as Apeshit before having the Toki license added on to it.
It looked to be an impressive 2D platformer in the style of something like Bubble Bobble or Rod Land and would have made a nice system exclusive. Here is a scan of a preview that appeared in Edge magazine. I actually just noticed that I know a couple of the people who are talking in this article, I must ask them if they know what happened to it!
