This new version of Adventure was being worked on by Steve "Gorf" Scavone and was a complete remake of the classic Atari 2600 game made entirely in shaded polygons. The game was quite far along before being cancelled for various reasons that mainly revolved around the politics in the Jaguar community. The game was going to be renamed before release to avoid any copyright infringement, the name Adventure 2000 was just used for illustrative purposes.
